How we do business

Asking for a quotation

We provide free quotations on request, giving our customers the best price. Once you have registered with us, simply log into your Customer Secure Area (CSA), click on the “Request Quotation” menu item and follow the on-line instructions.

There is an opportunity to explain exactly what you need, so that we can fully understand your requirements.

When we email back to you, just log on and view your quotation in your CSA under the “View Quotations and Order” menu item.

Our editors may suggest a different service from the one you have requested. If so they will make the quotation on the basis of their recommendation and explain their reasons for the change.

During the working week we will provide a quotation within 24 hours of your request. If the request is made just before a weekend or bank holiday, delivery is guaranteed on the next working day.

Placing an order

Place your order on-line from the “View Quotations and Order” menu item in your CSA. We accept card payments on-line using American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa and Visa Electron.

We guarantee to reserve the editorial resources for your work for a period of 48 working hours after you receive the quote. After that time we have a simple way you can request a 'requotation' so that we can confirm to you the resources are still available; a one-click requotation option appears on the 'View Quotations and Order' page.

When you register with We Fix English you are opening an on-line account that entitles you to:

Communications

When you register with We Fix English your Customer Secure Area provides a secure Document Management system for uploading and downloading files and a secure messaging system for communication with your editor and site Administration.

To ensure you are kept up-to-date we alert you by email every time you receive a message on the website, and every time your editor posts a new document to the site.

We keep a secure record of your on-line communications for your reference and for quality control purposes.

All text must be submitted electronically. We accept MS Word for Windows, PDF format, Quark Express, and many others. If you have a special format that you use please ask and we may be able to help.

Timing

We always quote to your deadlines whenever we can.

If we cannot commit to deliver to the deadlines you require we will give you the option of the first available deadline that we can commit to.
