3. Where WWL publishes and controls information on the Website, it will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors or omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. However, because of the complex technology that is required in operating the Website there may be times when obvious errors occur. For example, this may result in a price or service or other detail displayed being incorrect. WWL endeavours to ensure, but cannot guarantee, that any information provided on the Website is accurate. This information does not form part of your agreement and is provided solely as additional background content. 9. All rights in the Website, including copyright, content and design of the Website, are owned by WWL or used under licence from third party owners. Any use of this Website or its contents, including copyright or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your personal or non-commercial use is prohibited without the written permission of WWL. If any part of these Terms of Use or any document referred to herein is illegal or unenforceable, such portion(s) shall be excluded from these Terms of Use and any relevant document to the minimum extent required and the balance of these Terms of Use and any relevant document shall remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
15. These Terms of Use and any documents, or terms and conditions or policies referred to herein shall govern the entire relationship between the parties relating to the use of the Website to the exclusion of any other terms.
16. It is not the intention of the parties to confer any rights on any third parties by virtue of this Agreement and accordingly the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these Terms of Use.

SECURITY FOR CUSTOMERS
18. WWL understands the importance of security, particularly for business customers, and it is committed to provide a secure environment within which your documents are managed. WWL takes a range of measures to protect a Customer’s account and documents, as well as WWL’s own business system, website and computers.
19. All WWL’s Customers are issued with their own log-in and changeable password. Customers must not disclose these details to any other party and ensure they are not accessible to others. If a Customer forgets their password they should click on the “forgotten password” button on the Log-in area accessible from the left-hand panel of the Home page.
20. Each of WWL’s Customers has access to their own secure area for communicating with We Fix English Editors and Admin. Each secure area of the site is protected by SSL encryption, identifiable by the letters ‘https’ at the start of the web address and the yellow padlock icon on the browser status bar. Secure areas are equipped with the means to transfer files within the security protection provided by our hosting service. To increase security, WWL prohibits transfer of documents via e-mail.
21. WWL’s business system is designed to the quality standards of ISO 9000, with security of data as one of our prime objectives. WWL regularly carries out security reviews of its system to identify any areas where it can make improvements. WWL’s website is designed with in-built protection measures, to provide our computers with the latest continually updated protection software. Customers are recommended to install and maintain anti-virus software on their own computer(s) for their own protection and to help prevent contamination spreading to others.
22. Whilst WWL is committed to security and takes all reasonable precautions, it cannot offer any guarantee of security.
Please contact us if you have any queries or questions on security.
